More often than not, you may find yourself in a situation where the electricity and gas services has temporarily shut down. The temps outside are below freezing, and soon not to much difference between the temperature inside, or outside your home. Or you may find yourself in a worse case scenario, You have to Bug In, (Stay Home), because of issues going on in your neighborhood or right outside your door. The question is,
